We said to ourselves one day: "You know, sriracha is great and all, but what if it were hot?" So we came up with this wonderful combination of flavor and heat and put it into this bottle. This sauce has all of the elements that makes a sriracha unique: Sweet, a bit of salty, garlic and spice. We make it more interesting by adding more heat in the form of the habanero. The habanero flavor profile is enhanced by the pineapple juice we’ve added. Also for extra flavor we’ve added carrot juice.

This sauce took 1st place in the 2023 Screaming Mimi Awards, Habanero Sauce category. It also won the Golden Chili award for American Style hot/extra hot in this year’s (2024) ZestFest!
